Hello I'm rather new and I was wondering if you can help me name and give my character a cutie mark also I need a stable number here's the description of him (doesn't have a backstory bad with those)

Hes a unicorn N/A eyes and dark brown mane and tanish coat he wears his stable jumpsuit equipped with leather armor and his pipbuck with black gloves and a wastelanders cape he aslo wear his sisters Lucky Sparkle cola cap around his neck as a memento and also has goggles (he's not from the wasteland he's from the Commwelath)

So. Project horizons = project purity?
